  • Swimwear: If the hygiene seal has been removed.

  • Jewelry: Earrings and pierced accessories.

  • Final Sale Items: Any items purchased from the "Clearance" or "Final Sale" section.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

  • Approval: If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.

  • Timeline: You will receive the credit within 5–10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

  • Store Credit: You may also choose to receive a refund via Digital Gift Card, which is issued immediately upon approval.
